Description
This Mauser C96 Model 1930 is in good, used condition. This Model 1930 example has a ton of really cool history and features from the time it was produced. This example was produced during the early 1930's as part of a Chinese Contract and is chambered in 7.63x25mm Mauser. These pistols were used extensively by Chinese factions during the Warlord Era, Chinese Civil Wars, and various other conflicts. They were commonly referred to as Box Cannons by the Chinese due to the holster stock that it came in. This pistol was manufactured by Mauser at their Waffenabrik Oberndorf facility and stamped with traditional Mandarin characters on the left side reading "Made in Germany" when translated. This model has an adjustable rear sight, broomhandle grips, lanyard loop, stock attachment at the rear, and a 10 round capacity internal magazine. The import marks on the left side of the pistol indicate that this pistol was imported by KFS in Atlanta, Georgia. The finish on this pistol appears original and has a nice patina as seen in the listing photos. The stock holster is in great shape and works flawlessly.
